Clinician Registration:

My Self Design seeks clinicians who are

    1. interested in providing quality individual aftercare for bariatric surgery patients, 
    2. licensed in the state where they practice and 
    3. have a minimum of 2 yrs experience treating eating eating and weight disorders.

Certification training takes place over 2 days (approximately 12 hours) in Ambler, PA, although special arrangements can be made for special circumstances.

Trainees also receive:

The My Self Design Program Manual, a CD Rom of all client exercises and homework materials, two original films in DVD format: “Weight Loss Surgery: An Inside Look” and “Boomerang: Challenging Regain After Weight Loss Surgery”, and 4 hours of phone consultation.

Marketing materials are provided for therapists introducing this area of treatment to an existing therapy practice and a webpage is designed on the National website for advertising groups and special services to a local and national audience.
