Clinician Registration:

My Self Design seeks clinicians and coaches who are

    1. interested in providing quality individual aftercare for bariatric surgery patients.
    2. associated with an existing bariatric surgery practice.                                                                                        
    3. experienced in working professionally with eating and weight disordered people.

Certification training takes place  in Tucson, AZ, with Carol Signore, MAT, MS, FAED, and can occur either in person or via internet and teleconferencing.

Trainees receive:

The My Self Design Program Manual, a CD Rom of all client exercises and homework materials, two original films in DVD format: “Weight Loss Surgery: An Inside Look” and “Boomerang: Challenging Regain After Weight Loss Surgery”, and 4 hours of phone consultation.

Marketing materials are available for providers introducing this area of consultation to an existing professional  practice and a personal web page is published on the National My Self Design website for advertising local activities and special services by each MSD provider.
