Online Program

With a computer, web cam, and internet connection, My Self Design’s basic individual 18 session program is now available to any lap band or bariatric surgery patient in the country. The 18 monthly sessions can be conducted virtually, face to face, and homework and reflections can be emailed ahead to discuss with your therapist during your session. Fees are the same as in regular one on one treatment and sessions are prepaid online or by mail prior to each session.

For technical information about setting up your computer to accommodate web cam sessions you should see your local computer store. Many systems provide excellent audio and video reception as long as appropriate broadband width is available. Web Cams are relatively inexpensive and easy to install and use, but we cannot assist with this unfortunately.
